Ban Bossy? Why?

So basically, a big topic on the internet recently has been a petition to ban using the word "Bossy" against girls. If you don't know what this nonsensical garbage is, it's a campaign run by the Girl Scouts, because, according to the website, "When a little boy asserts himself, he's called a “leader.” Yet when a little girl does the same, she risks being branded “bossy.” Words like bossy send a message: don't raise your hand or speak up. By middle school, girls are less interested in leading than boys—a trend that continues into adulthood. Together we can encourage girls to lead." That's the biggest crock of shit I've ever heard in my entire life, and I'm here to tell you why.

First off, are women so weak that they can't handle being called "Bossy"? Let me tell you a little story: I was a manager at a GameStop once. Often, I was called a "dick" and a "bitch", and also a "asshole", simply because I was doing what I felt was right, and did I quit because someone called me that? Nope. In fact, I stayed for 3 years afterwards until I finally left, not because I was being called "bossy. If you're so damn weak you can't handle being called "Bossy", then you shouldn't be a leader in the first place. Basically, if somebody calls you "Bossy", who gives a fuck? You're still in charge. Now if this campaign was called, "Ban calling women cuntfaced lizardlicking fagatrons", then I'd understand. Also, "when a little boy asserts himself, he's called a leader"? Are you joking right now? I was never called a "leader" when I was the manager at GameStop. And, at the job I currently work at, my female manager is not only never called "bossy", every employee rides her vagina like their lives depend on it. It's literally absolutely ridiculous. 

Second, if a woman quits because she is called Bossy, she's not going to make a good leader. If she can't handle one insult, then she won't accomplish anything. With high positions comes hate from those who have legitimate criticism, jealousy, or something else. Not being able to handle being called "Bossy" means you won't actually accomplish anything as your time as a "leader". If you want pussy leaders that's not going to help this world at all though, then feel free to support "Ban Bossy". 

Third, this has been going on for years with men, but all of a sudden when it's a girl, it becomes a problem? Do you think men don't get upset when they're called "bossy", a "dick", or something similar? Why does it only matter if it's a girl, a girl scout or whatever the fuck? Sexism at its best. Fuck the men, women are the only beings who matter. Male leaders also get called these things, but of course, they ignore those facts and pretend like it doesn't exist. Oh, so it doesn't matter if a male leader gets called these things, it only matters if it's a female leader. Damn cockatrice bastards.  I bet if women weren't "more likely" (lol) to be called bossy, this bullshit wouldn't exist. 

Fourth, why are we trying to ban words? And why just "bossy"? Why don't we also ban the words "nigger", or "kike"? And while were at it, why don't we also ban the words "shithead", "cockgoblin" and "fuckface"? Oh, I know why! Because this fucking campaign is stupid as hell and doesn't care about the harsher insults said to men and women alike. They don't care about the insults that drive both men and women to commit suicide, only the ones they think "discourage girls from leading". And another thing I'd like to add; if the word Bossy is discouraging girls from leading, why are there, for an example, so many Girl Scout troop leaders? Keep in mind the Girl Scouts are the one running this stupid crap. Looking at current statistics (http://www.girlscouts.org/who_we_are/facts/pdf/2012_annual_report.pdf) there is a grand total of 890,226 troop leaders (see "Membership" section), so clearly it's not stopping girls from being leaders, despite the apparent heavy amounts of danger of being called "bossy" that they face. 

Bossy isn't even a commonly used word in 2014. Or 2013. Or 2012. Or any year for that matter. I was born in 1985, and I literally never even knew about the word Bossy until I got Internet Access in 1995. Even then, I never actually saw the word until much, much later. 

It's even worse that CELEBRITIES are supporting this garbage. That's right folks, celebrities support this god forsaken bullshit. For example, Beyonce supports this shitty campaign. How much do you want to bet Beyonce, at some point in her life, has called someone "bossy" or worse? I'd say the odds are extremely high. 

I've made my point here, I think. Fuck this stupid "Ban Bossy" campaign, and a huge fuck you to the Girl Scouts for making girls look so weak they can't even handle one insult, for making women look like huge pussies, and also implying that women can't properly/won't lead because they are such gigantic pussies they can't handle being called bossy.
